stages in effective service delivery are:
i. Identify
role and responsibility: Identifying role and responsibility means knowing how you are involved
in the job. Managing work in efficient (do things rightly) and effective (doing
right things) manner. And manage people depending on their behavior, some needs
to be dealt with expression, some in friendly manner and some by thinking
analytically.

Discover
the action:The
next step would be, find out what action you need to take and for that you have
to communicate. Communication can be in the way of debate, dialogue or
discussion. Every way has their advantages in reaching to best decision at the
end.
iii. Decision
and Commitment: Once
the information has been shared and discussed, decisions should be made
immediately. The decision should include commitments from your side as well as
the customer’s side so that the decision made does not become invalid after
wasting so much.
iv. Take
action: Decision and commitments has been made; now
it’s time to put into action whatever has been agreed and decided with the help
of knowledge, skills and experience you possess.
Multi- Tasking is a tool for excellent performance, as it connects, explores, gives you experience in different field of works closely and build knowledge. Multi-Tasking does not only mean doing multiple works at a time, that have many disadvantages such as not being able to complete work on time, not being able to concentrate on work and not able to complete wok accurately. In simple meaning, multi-tasking can be referred to as managing different works holding one particular post in office.
